Washington (ANI): Troubled singer Britney Spears would not be facing charges over a photographer's claim that she drove over his foot in November while attempting to flee the paparazzi. The Los Angeles District Attorney refused to pursue the case after reviewing footage of the crowd at the scene, shot by one of the paparazzi on hand, reports E! Online. According to the District Attorney's report, "only way the victim's foot could have been where the video indicates it to be was by the victim placing it in that location.
